Location - Food

Description

For my food photography folio, I had something in mind of doing simple foods. Beautifying bachelor chow! Alot of the time I end up eating really basic foods because:
A. can't be botherd
B. don't have enough time.
C. Their is no food!!!

I refer to simple food as basic dishes made in minimal time with minimal ingredients, such as:

Breckys / All Day Dinners - Rolled oats, coco pops? rice bubbles? Weat bix? Baked
Beans, Toast, Milo? Roast tomatos, Eggs and Bacon

Noodle dishes - Spag bowl, Laksa, Carbanara, Satays

Baked dishes - Roast dinners, Baked vegies, Casseroles, Pies, Pizzas, Damper, Chips

Other dinners - Stir frys, Stake, Fratarters, San Choi Bow, Salads

Breads - Toasties, Wraps, Ice cream sandwiches, Club sandwiches, Burgers, quesadilla

Deserts - Cakes, Muffins, Berry Sauces with ice cream, Slices, Tarts, CHOCOLATE STRAWBERRIES! / fondue, Milk shakes?

These are just some of the "Simple Foods"  that I enjoy on a regular basis.

I want this folio to be done in such a way, that it's for a cook book for poor uni students. Each image will be shot in the magazine portrait format, and maybe a double spread image with room for the center line. All images will be A3 format. It will consist of six or seven images which ever flows better.

Food - test shoot

Brecky

This was the best image from the day, My only doubt is that the coriander leaf is to big. and if the image was less tighter.

The composition mainly, its a bit bland with nothing on it, the real shoot is going to have nice bowls, nice table, nice strawberry's! and drisled in honey.
